Coaching
If you’ve felt for a while that you’re circling the same thing, maybe you don’t need a new strategy. Maybe you need a place where you can meet it in a different way.
This is where everything I’ve practiced comes together.
As a coach, I attune deeply to your experience. I see with a photographer’s eye: I pay attention to what’s there, even before it has words. As an Alexander Technique teacher, I notice how your body moves with what you’re telling me, the breath that changes, the shoulders that tighten. And something remains of the engineer I once was: a curiosity about patterns, about what repeats and organizes the way we think, feel, and act.
Sometimes I share what I notice. More often I invite you to discover it yourself.
With practice, the information your body carries stops going unnoticed: it becomes a source of clarity you can choose and respond from, instead of living on autopilot.
Who this space is for
For people standing at a threshold: a chapter ending, another that has no shape yet.
For those who have already come a long way by trying to understand. They’ve gathered clear ideas, books, perhaps years of inner work… and sense that the next layer can’t be thought through: it asks for another kind of contact.
For those who no longer want to be in an inner war. And for those who come not to solve anything in particular, but to know themselves more deeply, be more present with their emotions, widen their capacity for wonder, and live a more joyful life.
What coaching is for me
Often we suffer not only from what happens to us, but from the way we relate to it. We feel sadness and want to stop feeling it. Fear shows up and we try to control it. Without noticing, we start a kind of inner war that leaves us circling the same thing for months or years.
Over time I discovered that, almost always, whatever seems to hold us back is trying to protect us from another experience that feels harder to stay with. For me, coaching is creating the conditions to move closer to that with enough attention, support, and presence.
The session is a conversation where we follow what appears: an emotion, a sensation in the body, a thought, an intuition. Sometimes a question opens a new perspective. Other times we simply pause to feel a little more closely what’s already there.
what if there’s nothing to fix?
What you might take with you
Every process is unique, but this is what I see appear again and again.
- Seeing yourself and others more clearly. Seeing what’s there, in yourself and in others, beyond the stories you tell yourself.
- Recovering your emotional fluidity. Emotions stop feeling like something to avoid. When there’s enough space and support, they recover their natural movement. Along with them, the energy that once went into defending yourself from what you were feeling comes back.
- More capacity to choose. Noticing the instant before the automatic reaction, when there’s still a choice.
- A wider horizon. What looked like the only way out turns out to be one of several.
- More space when fear and urgency arise. Urgency stops feeling like an emergency, and you can take the time the decision asks for.
María Inés said it better than I could: “Through simple but powerful practices, and through ‘doing less’, we quickly opened up space, and possibilities appeared that changed my relationship with work and with how I manage my time.” I’ll let her words stand.
